Categories and prize fund In its 18th year, the prize has a total fund of 7.2 million dollars, distributed across six fundamental categories: Health, Food, Energy, Water, Climate Action, and Global High Schools. The final winners will be announced during the Zayed Sustainability Prize 2027 Award Ceremony. Winners of the first five categories will each receive one million dollars, while in the High Schools category, 150,000 dollars will be awarded for student-led projects.
